Dr. Acheampong is an early-career lecturer in Construction Engineering and Management with a robust professional background spanning over thirteen (13) years in the construction industry. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Acheampong held various technical and managerial roles (i.e. Site Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Head of Design and Project Management) across a diverse range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. This extensive professional industry experience has provided him a strong foundation in project planning, contract administration, cost control, collaboration and stakeholder coordination. Hence Dr. Acheampong’s academic expertise is complemented by a commitment to bridging the gap between theory and practice, particularly through industry-informed teaching, applied research, and professional engagement.Academic qualifications
