Areas of interest

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): qualified and accredited CBT Therapist, working with children (age 7 and older) and adults, with anxiety and depression.

Adolescent depression: Enjoy supporting teenagers to manage their depression. Have previously supervised and trialled a new adolescent depression treatment protocol (Brief Behavioural Activation, Pass & Reynolds, 2014) in schools as part of a very large research study within the university.

Adolescent autism: Enjoy supporting autistic teenagers in therapy. Interest in understanding how best we can support autistic teenagers and their families to thrive. Have co-authored a book chapter in helping CBT Therapists to better support autistic clients.

Academic qualifications

  • BSc Experimental Psychology from University of Bristol
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Evidence Based Psychological Treatment from CWI ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ
  • Postgraduate Certificate Academic Practice (PGCAP)

Awards and honours

: professional recognition of individuals from a wide variety of different contexts whose higher education (HE) teaching and/or support for learning practice enables them to evidence all 15 of the PSF 2023 Dimensions.
